Carrier Is this Verizon Ipad Mini Deal good?

Verizon says they will buy my iphone 4s for $210 and sell the ipad mini 4G 16GB to me for $359

In that case I am getting the mini for $149. Is this a deal I should take or will there be better deals on this when the ipad mini 2 is announced in a few weeks?
