Is WinRAR the only way to open RAR files?

I've just been to the rarlabs site, but they only provide a command line application for use on the Mac.

Is there anything I could use which might be a bit more user friendly?

BetterZip - I think it's alot better, but costs a little money.

I use Stuffit Expander and it works fine for me.

+1 for The Unarchiver.

Only downside is it can't handle password protected .rar files, but I have UnRARX too incase a .rar file does require a password.

I like how The Unarchiver just works, doesn't ask a thousand questions. Does its job then leaves you alone.

I had problems with password protected RAR files in both TheUnarchiver and UnRarX... RAR Expander is the one I've found to extract every file I've come across so I stuck with it.

I usually use Macpar of all things to decompress RAR files. I need it around anyway for other stuff I download.
