yes, but be careful. if you have replaced the touchscreen on your iphone you need to be very careful how much pressure you apply when drunk.

Found good digital pocket scale syled like Iphone

The iscale is hard to weigh out things properly. However I love my Iphone so I finally found a good digital pocket scale which is styled like a modern day Iphone from thedigitalpocketscale.com. Hope that helps you.

I really dont think it would be that difficult to make something that worked...
If you hacked a set of scales so it was just the weighing bit (thus making it unidentifiable as scales), then got the output of the hardware to give the same output range(voltage/current) as the temperature prob used in this: http://www.hmb-tec.de/HMB-TEC/TempSensPlug.html , then you would have a fairly accurate measuring device you could plug into your iphone...
