when i peel off my iskin keyboard cover from my powerbook there is some static... what should i make of this?

In your head.
That shouldn't really matter. The static goes away with time. When you wash and dry it the clingyness will return.

I love mine. It took time to get used to typeing with it, but I really don't notce when it is there anymore. It dose keep things cleaner and it protects the screen from getting keyboard marks.

what do you mean it goes away with time? i'm talking about everytime i remove it from my computer there is static, aka static electricity.

i am not talking about abrasiveness or clinginess.
