Apple Care has no idea what they are talking about. I spoke to two customer support people, one was an iPhone specialist. I had a "recently added" smart playlist, where it added the songs that I recently added, limiting it to a time limit, like the past week or two. However, this playlist was deleted, and now when I try to make one, it does not sync the songs that appear on my iTunes playlist. Does anyone have any way to help me, with this please.
