keeping a window at the front (qt and itunes)

hi - say im watching a video or vidcast in qt or itunes - is there anyway i can tell these apps to keep that window ontop of all others regardless of my activity ( - i know you can do this with the itunes gui when in mini mode) - would be vvvvvv useful

Same question here - trying to figure out a way to keep a window in front of QuickTime's full screen mode. I'm trying to have a movie playing while a live newsfeed scrolls along the bottom (ala CNN). Anyone have any tips?
