So is there a way of revealing a password that is stored in my Keychain?

I'm struggling to remember a password I use for a hotmail account. It is stored in my Keychain on my MacBook which successfully pastes it in when logging into that hotmail account via Outlooks website.

However, I have linked this same hotmail account (along with others I use) to Apple Mail and Mail has started asking me for the password and requires me to type it in rather than let me use Keychain, but I can't remember what the password is.

Go to your System Preferences app -> Passwords and select your hotmail entry. If you hover over the password field, it will reveal the password.

You can also get there in Safari by going to Safari -> Preferences -> Passwords
