Hi there,

I'm looking for an app for my CEO's iPad that..

1) Upload files from browser/mac
2) Hold files in the cloud
3) iPad automatically pulls down file straight away with no intervention
4) All files are constantly available offline
5) When edited and offline, holds files and uploads at next possible time (iPad > Mac)

Similar to dropbox but all files available indefinitely even without connection.
