so you know how on the iPod Classic and Nano you can press the middle button enough after getting past all those options etc and you can view your lyrics to the song (if in the song file)

well, can you view lyrics to the currently playing song on the iPod Touch (without using Safari...)

Thanks!!!

oh, and for those of you who want to add lyrics the really easy way, Gimme Some Tune is a great way to add lyrics, album art, and has a nice menubar interface and currently playing song popup :)

I wasn't aware of that feature (well I have an old iPod Photo).
What I am using for my iPhone is TuneWiki but uses the data connection...
I hope some good answer to this thread give us the lyrics!

surprisingly, my sister found this out by accident.

it's part of the new firmware for iPods apparently, and quite frankly, it's been looked over for a long time without anything being done... till now.

see, i LOVE my iPod Touch, there are just, things, missing.

like, the ability to download files/ photos/ movies in Safari, or to open a link in a new tab.

but all i keep telling myself is "in time young padawan, in time"
