My Power Mac G5 (2 x2.5Ghz) (June 2004) liquid cooled mac is having freezing issues that I can not solve.

It boots most of the time but still has intermittent freezing issues.

I am replacing it with a Power Mac G5 air cooled late 2005 2.3Hhz dual core PCIe model.

Can I swap parts (Memory, Bluetooth, Hard Drive, etc) between the machines.

Using Mac OS X 10.4.11 with Classic.

Thanks

No, the late 2005 are dual-core machines and use DDR2 memory. The DP 2.5 was bad for liquid cooling leaks. None of the parts in the 2004 model can be used in the Quad, Dual-core Late 2005 models. Hard drive, maybe because its a SATA I drive. The only thing you can use from 2004 is the hard drive, no other parts will work. DDR2 is different than DDR.
