Mac Server Installation

Hi
my company bought a mac server for testing. I stuck on installation. I followed Xserve User Guide. Message Turning On Xserve for the First Time didn't appeared. but I continued and . I choose startup method dvd, apple icon appeared and after a while whole screen turned yellow and no setup Assistant appeared. What should I do to install OS correctly.

You don't need to touch the DVD. It's already installed.
