I noticed that the 2012 MacBook Air Boot Camp drivers appear to activate AHCI. That means that TRIM works in Windows 7, system boots are faster, and drive access is faster. I figured it out because the Windows Experience Index registers 7.9 for disk access. In the 2011s, it was 6.9 because it booted into IDE mode.
Yet another nice little addition for the 2012s!
