Anyone can see the Mac partition with MacDrive and Boot Camp?
I read somewhere that you need MacDrive 6.1 - something to do with the newer version having support for MPT partition tables.
macdrive - same here
Same here....got macdrive 6.1 testdrive...can't see osx drive from windows->my computer....despite what macdrive says....
Anyone here get this working?
mbp 1.8, 512ram, xp_sp2
it works for me!
formatted in fat32....
i can even open my mac files from within xp and it works all fine and dandy....
You formatted the Mac OS X partition as FAT32? That's not a good idea.
I am pretty sure what he meant is that the windows partition is Fat32 and not NTFS. Mac Drive is a program so that you can see HFS+ Drives(Macintosh Formatted drives) in windows without it you wouldn't be able too see your macintosh partition. But to get back to the subject at hand yes i was able to use MacDrive to see my partition and use all the stuff it is pretty cool.
