Hi
My machine is a late 2009 MacBook Pro.
Ram is upgraded to 8 and a 256 Ssd drive is placed in.
I installed macOS Monterey with OCL and it worked perfectly for a long time and keep updating ocl app.
Recently, some strange crashes happens for no good reason!
It freezes like nothing works after.
Every thing stops and neither keyboard nor mouse doesn’t work at all! And the only solution seems to be, holding the power button for 10 seconds to shut it down and start again.
It happens randomly. Sometimes right after logging in and sometimes it takes minutes or even hours, but it happens every time!
I also clean installed the os but it doesn’t make a difference and it happened again.
Is there any chance to deal with such a problem?!
Anyone has any idea?!

Brand name and model of your ssd? Maybe is failing. Download a software to check s.m.a.r.t. state of your ssd and post a screenshot
tizzi91 thank you for your response and your guidance.
I googled and found Drivedx app for Mac, hope the result is as precise as need.
the Ssd drive is a crucial MX500.
