Mail 5.0 problem !!

I installed Lion and upgraded Mail to 5.0. I haven't have chance to enjoy the new interface, the horrible issue comes to me.
I have to POP accounts. When I clicked one message, "Loading..." displays on right column. And it stay there for ever, keeps LOADING without display the contain.
After testing, I found new incoming emails are ok. But Mail cannot display all my previous emails.

Does anyone has the same problem?

Have you re-checked your settings, and re-entered your POP password(s) ?

Yes, I have re-checked all the settings and reindexed spotlight.
I was intending to "rebuild". However I'm afraid I will lose all my emails.
