Microsoft Office 2004?

I haven't checked on the cost after the 30 day trial. Anyone know how much it is -- worth it?

Why not? Is it that hard to go here: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/ ? It seems it would take longer to post your question than to go to the website yourself.

In my personal opinion Office 2004 for Mac is worlds better than it's PC counterpart (or any other office suite for that matter)

I got Office 2004 for my Mac for a whopping $15 brand new from my sisters college because she got the student discount. New in box. Awesome.

Personally, don't care for it, but I need it for work. The only really problem I have is that it is so slow...

It's somewhat a must for most people including me since we work with Window people. Also in the academic field, when we submit manuscripts, we need it in Word format (or Wordperfect).

Excel and Powerpoint are nice to have. It's worth the money. That's my 2 cents
