mighty mouse problem

i was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem, where through just normal use the side buttons, (Grey ones) just start clicking like 20 times in a very short period of time, like just a few seconds, (you can even here it clicking). I don't even have my thumb on them, and they just start going crazy. i did have them set for dashboard, but as you can imagine, i have had to change that. I'm guesing that something inside the mouse is out of place, but i don't even know how, or, if you can take the mouse apart

Cell phone

I started having this problem last week. It had never happened before. When this happens are you talking on your cell phone or is it nearby? I don't know what happened last week but that is what I've observed. If I'm talking on the phone (cell) or have it near by I get rapid mighty mouse clicks. Anyone else notice this?

It's every time that I hold the mouse with my right hand and touch the cellphone with my left hand. Does anybody know why this happens?
