It isn't that much of a difference any more if you look at the top spec M3 Max. Of course price wise the PC is going to be cheaper in the long run, so there is that. But this is also a comparison of a laptop vs desktop parts. PC looks weak in this light.

I guess my main point is that, with all things even being equal (if not favoring Windows), a migration for a couple of minimal lifestyle odds and ends conveniences probably won't offset having to deal with migrating a complex Outlook for Windows setup to any macOS e-mail client (including Outlook for Mac).
