Missing signatures when working with PDF’s

So I have a bunch of digital signatures that have been saved in iCloud for years but with ipad os 17 and iOS 17, all my saved signatures are missing. Does anyone know a way to get them back?

Edit: I still had 1 iPhone that is still on iOS 16 and my signatures are there, but for some reason they don’t transfer over to iOS 17.
