Missing Sync

Well I think I'm going to buy the Samsung Blackjack but I'm buying it at full price so I can upgrade to the iPhone in a few months.

However, I want to buy the missing sync software by Mark/Space.

If I download the software can I sell it after I sell the Blackjack. Since I'm only going to have the phone for a few months and probably give it to my wife, she won't need the missing sync software. Can I sell the download code or something once I sell the phone?

You'll have to look at the EULA/TOS of the software to find out if the company allows you to resell it. Even if they do, you might have a hard time finding someone willing to buy the used software.
