Hey all,
I know the felllow below me has already posted something similar to this but I have a bit of a specialised problem that I hope you van help me with. I've got all three seasons of spawn TAS in mkv format and am trying to get it on my ipod. I have mkvextract gui which extracts the video and audio, then yamb can only recognise the video file it seems, the audio has an.ogg extension even after mkvextraxt, I just wanna bang these on my ipod.
Olease someone tell me how its killing me!

Simple answer...

Get and load Perian - it will allow quicktime to load .mkv files. Then open the .mkv file in QT. Wait for the load bar to finish. Then export the movie with quicktime to an ipod file. This is assuming you have quicktime pro, I might add. But for $40, it's probably the best alternative. And Perian is pretty cool, too.

Go here:

http://perian.org/

Your other option is to open the .mkv file in VLC and use the export wizard, but VLC really isn't very good at that...

Good luck!
