Hi Guys,

I bougth my mac air 3 months ago and I`m very happy. My first mac! :D

So I got my first problem. When I use an external monitor the mouse pointer get stuck or lock for some seconds. But this always occurs when I use only the external monitor, I mean without notebook screen.

My mouse is a logitech M510 and work perfect without the external monitor.

I google the problem and I didn`t find anything.

Does anyone of you have any idea?

The HDMI adapter is this one: http://www.amazon.com/moshi-MiniDis...1354058892&sr=8-1&keywords=moshi+hdmi+adapter

Thanks

It's most likely caused by the adapter. I used a third party thunderbolt to VGA adapter, and it resulted in either only displaying a blue screen (not the windows one, but the no-background-image-screen) or really shakey mouse movement and serious performance issues. When using the Apple adaptor in the exact same setup it was no problem and worked just fine. Maybe you should look for a different adaptor.
(For reference: 17 inch MBP, i7 model)

it is really strange, I already setup the driver, and now I`m using both monitor and the mouse keep locking..

Are there any options?

I discovery the problem!

I was using the mouse reciever in the USB port besides the thunderbold.

I only changed to the other USB and now is perfect!

Thanks all!
