.MP4 to DVD

I'm sure this has been asked before, but when searching all of the responses tended to be use iDVD or iMovie, and unfortunately I'm on a Windows machine. What can I use on Windows that will enable me to take a .mp4 file and convert it onto a DVD (I have dual layer DVDs) and then watch on a standard DVD player? Thanks a lot.
