The combo drive on my PBG4 12" likes to hang onto CDs now and then. I usually have to go though every single different method of ejecting it several times (including via booting Open Firmware) before it will come out. I'd rather not have to send in my Mac - any suggestions/thoughts?

I'd call Apple but they're closed on the weekends. :p

...wondering why there's no paper-clip eject feature anymore...

Its not that I don't want to call. I can't because their support lines are closed Saturday & Sunday.

And I actually work at a Apple Reseller. We're Authorized and everything. Our tech usually manages to get the CD out (he's got a silicon thumb or something).. but this is the third time it's happened. Getting kinda tired of it. He's not sure if I'd have to send it in or not and we're closed today so I figured I'd ask around here rather than wait til Monday to ask him to call Apple about it.
