iOS Need help compiling and packing an app

Hi guys,

i'm not quite fit in developing etc. and i got kind of an problem now. ;)

I got hands on an beta-app for cydia, but it isn't compiled and packed yet.

I know that i need SDK 3.1.2 and DebMaker to get it compiled and packed, but this is where my knowledge ends! ;) I've got the required software but i don't know how to use it.

Could someone help me out please?
