Networking with a pc

Hey everyone I am fairly new to Macs, I got a Macbook (white) 4 weeks ago and I love it!

So now I'm wondering if I am able to browse my shared documents folder on my windows pc. I have 2 pc's wired on the same router. which is also wireless and thats how I browse the net on my Macbook.

Is this possible or do I just sound ridiculous?
