hey!
I finally heard the calling and switched to apple after years of windows. my MBP will come tomorrow.

somewhere I read that there is an order in which application one should install first. I want to install CS3 design premium and the Office package.

Is there an order? if so, how do I go about it?

thx!
Franzi

I never ever heard of anything like that. You really don't have to worry about that.

My friend, much of how you think will be changed as you move forward in the world of Macintosh.

It started for me when I realized that most of the applications I used didn't have to be "installed" at all. I could just drag them into a folder. To "unistall" them meant just deleting them! No more Control Panel or registry worries! Yay! Obviously with something like the CS3 suite or MS Office, they use system files, so they do have their own installer.
