I tested it. Named 2 folders the exact same way, put 2 text files in each, and tried to merge them. The only options I was given were "Replace", "Don't replace" and "Cancel". No magical "Merge" button.

How do I enable merging folders, or is this a major bug?

The 'merge' function in fact is the new choice "Keep Both" that appears with "Don´t Replace" and "Replace" buttons. It works with copy(cmd+c)>>paste(cmd+v). But for copy(cmd+v)>>move(cmd+opt+v), sometimes it´s there, sometimes not.

Looks like a bug, not sure. ;)

It renames it for me...it won't merge...
ALSO, most of the time if I DRAG the folder it only gives "Replace" and "Cancel".
