No music after restoring from iCloud backup

I recently upgraded to iPhone 6s Plus from iPhone 6 and restored from an iCloud backup. Everything works fine except there's no music restored (I'm using Apple Music). The phone just kept loading Library for days (screenshots below). I signed out and signed in, enabled/disabled/enabled Apple Music in Settings but no luck. Please advice!

Same exact thing happened to me. I have iTunes Match as well as Apple Music. Nothing would show up. I wound up doing a restore and set up as new and all my music came back.

Thanks for responding. But I want to keep my messages and all of the apps' data so I can't set up as new.
