Not too familiar w/ the program, but just ran an Xbench test on my Powerbook. and it scored a 28.39

Is that normal for this PB?

i have 1.5gb of RAM, and it's the 80gb 5400Rpm drive.

make sure you close all programs before running xbench, and dont touch the computer while its running...

also putting the processor performance set to highest will help also.

i have a 15" 1.67 128vRAM, 1.5Gb RAM and 100 Gb 5400 hardrive. and it gets 46.92's with 10.4.2

That probably explains the low score the first time I tried it.

The PB in my sig just got 47.23. When I did it nothing was open. I think that mine is pretty much the same as yours so the apps must be the difference. :)

edit: sorry I did not see that you were getting normal scores now (should make sure I read every post!)
