Hard to describe this one. I have a 20" monitor with my mac mini (1.5ghz). Browsing the internet just doesn't seem to be as smooth as with my old PC (XP) is this because of the underpowered machine or simply safari isn't as smooth? Would a smaller monitor make any difference?
