OS X Restore - help

Hello, i just bought used MBA 2012. It go ok , but I want reinstal OS X. I want clear instalation.
I push cmd + R and select reinstal Mountain Lion. I accepted terms.. And its start downloading. It write about 14 hours.
My internet speed downloading is about 5MB/s. Why it write 14 hours? What it downloading?
Its my firts OS X devices.

Hold down the Option key during boot and select recovery. There is an option to run Disk Utility to delete all your partitions. You can then select the blank drive and install OS X.

It is a 4.4GB download and at your speeds it is going to take a long time. Just wait it out.

14 hours? You must have some SLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW Internet connection.

I made a USB key with ML installer on it. Much faster.
