Password at bootup

Can someone tell me how to set up a password at bootup that doesn't have to be entered from sleep?

You can setup your password on your account in the 'Accounts' section of Sys Prefs. Then to turn if off for screen saver and wakeup from sleep, go to the Security section of Sys Prefs and uncheck the first checkbox that requires a password on wakeup or screen saver.
