Hey is it possible to change my iCloud email address? If so how can I do that? Would I end up deleting the current iCloud email and starting over?

It says in the first step to go into iCloud Mail. Where and what is that? And can this alias be used to sign up for sites online?

Go to iCloud.com and login then open mail. Click the settings in the bottom left of the screen and you can create an alias there. Yes, the alias can be used anywhere and the email will be delivered to you as though you were using your original iCloud email address.

Yes that's correct. The recipient will have no idea you're using an iCloud alias.
