Possible to restore from iCloud backup that isn't the most recent?

So yesterday I restored my iPhone 5 to ios 7 and chose to set it up as a new iPhone instead of restoring from my previous backup. Now I'm regretting it because I had it just right and it'll take weeks to get it back to normal. Only problem is that iCloud already made a backup of my empty phone on ios 7. Is it possible to restore again and backup from my older iCloud backup? Thanks.

When I restored my 4s the other day I was offered two icloud backups but you should do it quickly before it does another backup
