It's actually part of the "hidden" National Geographic shots used in the OSX screensavers.
It's the Adirondack Mountains, which are an hour north of here, so that makes it extra cool to me.

Thanks. It's a combination of a few things, but mostly Geektool.
The music on the left is Bowtie.
The icons are both custom-made as well as replacements found on deviantart and replaced using LiteIcon.
Both the time and weather are Geektool geeklets.
The opaque dock at the bottom is also a geeklet in which you create an image and set the size/color/opacity. Examples here.
I like the consistency in icon style. How long did it take you to set that all up?
Not long. Used LiteIcon which works fine in Yosemite and most of the icons can be found here https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1588421/. Just search through them. Theres pretty much an icon fro everything there and if theres not send ziggy a message and he'll do one for you. His icons start from about page 10 onwards.

Start by pressing CMD/SHIFT/3 on your keyboard. Then upload to to somewhere like http://imgur.com. Once uploaded view the image and on the right hand side you'll see a column that says share in imgur. Copy the 4th code down (message boards and forums) then come back here and paste it into your message.
Or you can just post reply scroll down to where it says manage attachments, a box will appear where you can upload your image directly on here, give it a few seconds and post your reply but it will only show a smallish image.

Mine for the foreseeable future which in my case is the next 5-6 days or so.
