New bike tires!

Don't have them yet, because the shop where I bought them had to order them. They cut me a deal, $65 per tire. MSRP is something like $75 per tire.

They're replacing the ****** stock kenda kadence tires that came on my bike (10 speed Shimano 105 with a compact double). After 1000 miles, the front tire developed a tear. My local bike shop gave me a gatorskin to replace it. Now, after about 2000 miles, the rear tire has developed a tear. Hopefully these GP4000S's are as good as everyone says they are!

Decided it was finally time to get 802.11n in my house so I picked up a new wireless router yesterday. Cisco Linksys E1200, $45 at Best Buy but I had a gift card so after tax it only cost me $23. Definitely a good upgrade from the 10 year old WRT54G my family and I have been using

Hope you're not running 10.8, Cisco never updates their software in time

Just picked this guy up at Best Buy, it was on sale and I saved over $80.

Should have gotten the SX260. The 9300 fell last on the list against all the other cameras in it's class. It was a failure on Nikon.

I was going to try out the Cisco Connect, but it didn't work on my MBP running Mountain Lion, and I couldn't disconnect the current router since my brother was in the middle of an online game so I couldn't use it on my dad's Windows machine either. I've used the web interface enough so I just did it that way. And for who mentioned using a real Cisco product, I did some experimenting to set up an 1142 wireless access point a while back. I didn't really do a ton of CLI programming even though I finished 4 years of IT in my vocational high school and going into my second year of college majoring in IT, so it was a learning experience for me.

I just needed a cheaper point and shoot that does a pretty good job at getting the job done. I have my D90 for anything thats important. I tested the camera out today and thought it did a great job, the 1080p video was very good.

I bought one of these, but thankfully, mine doesn't have the Herschel logo on the exterior. :)

I'll wear mine a bit like a messenger bag. It's just for keeping a bottle of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, my small notebook and pen, and maybe a book. :)

I also bought a Thermos 350 ml insulated bottle. It truly keeps hot drinks hot. Even after 12 hours sitting in a room, my drink will still be uncomfortably hot to drink. And it has an easy spout to drink from. My girlfriend has one as well, but with a screw-on lid that's even BETTER at insulating!!!!
