I don't know if that's directed at my comment or not, but that was my point. The Government power companies weren't forced to buy from Enron, they had their own generation facilities and so escaped the fraud that beggared the rest of the SW. Too bad none of the billionaire upper management of Enron will face the music for their crimes. A few dollars in a few White house pockets and it all seems to just fade away...
