Hi,

i just bought a new TV and i want to watch the movies that i got in my macbook in my Tv. To do that i also have a NBOX and an external HD (Seagate). On my Tv i also got input like HDMI, USB, all the package.... The problem is that when i connect my HD to my NBOX, it cannot read anything! When it's connect to a USB key everything is perfect, but my NBOX is not able to read the files that my macbook puts in the HD.

Can you help me through this?

Is there another way to watch my movies on my tv with other input? Without loosing quality?

Thank you very much !

I don't know anything about the NBOX, but is the HD formatted correctly for the NBOX?

The Flashdrive is probably Fat32, but the HD used with the Mac might be formatted as HFS+. These external boxes typically can't read HFS+.
