Do any of you iPhone developers have Professional Liability insurance (aka Errors and Omissions insurance) or any other type of liability insurance? If so, which insurance company did you use? Also, if you don't mind sharing, how much does it cost annually?

I do but it only covers me in the UK and only up to a certain amount. I'm with Hiscox. The cost varies with turnover and doesn't go up each year so any figure I gave would probably be wrong now. Think a couple of hundred quid a year or thereabouts.
