iPod touch Provisioning profile not available to my iPod (but is in the Library section of the iPhone Utility)?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to load a custom app onto an iPod using the iPhone Configuration Utility, however the error message below is being presented -

Ironically I do have a suitable 'Provisioning Profile' loaded when looking at the Provisioning Profiles section of the library, as shown below -

However when I click on my iPod ('MacBookPro's iPod') under the Devices section the provisioning profile does not appear under the 'Provisioning Profiles' tab, as can be seen below -

Why is my provisioning profile visible in the appropriate section of the library but not available to my iPod?

Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
