I currently have a 30GB ipod attached to this computer with a few movies. If I get a new ipod nano will it be able to be attached to this library as well? The movies wont interfere with anything will they?

It shouldn't, I'm pretty sure it just ignores them. I didn't have any issues with it myself, although I have to manually manage songs on my Nano because my library is too large.

FWIW you don't need to go manual. I load music and movies into my 30 GB and my wife's 6GB Mini using a series of Smart and Not-So-Smart Playlists....

That way we get all the music we want and nothing more.

Hmm looks like I'd have to create another user account which I don't really want to do. I know the music is only 2.71 GB but there are videos in there too.

Note: iTunes for Windows does not support having multiple iPods connected simultaneously.

Very interesting. I've often connected both my 'Pod and my wife's with no issues. I guess I'll stop doing that. Or finally get around to keeping my 'Tunes on one of the Macs.
