quick question

    i am jut wondering could i download iphone sdk without out signing up for anything. i just want to program for my own ipod touch. Can i do this for free?

    No. At least, not through the official channels.

    Yes you can. Downloading the iPhone SDK is free. You just need to enroll as a free Registered iPhone Developer. You only need to pay if you wish to deploy your app to a device and/or distribute it on the App Store.

    Now if you want to install applications on your ipod touch, you will need to enroll in the standard $99/year iphone developer program.
