iOS Recipes Sample Code Help

If anyone has recipes sample code help, how do I change the information thats under categories when you edit the table cell? (appetizer, desert,etc)

That comes from the RecipeType table in the DB.
I did not look to intensively but I have the impression the app does not have a method to insert new values into the list. Either you write one or try something along the lines of sqlite3 or the SQLite DB browser.
