I saved a document in Pages and then made changes. I closed out because I didn't want to save the changes, but when I opened back up all the changes were there and I want to get the originally saved document back. How do I do this?

Try the following:

  1. In Pages, open the document.
  2. Choose FileRevert toBrowse all versions… from the menubar.
  3. Choose the version you wish to restore and then press Restore.

Tip: If you don't want changes to your documents to be saved automatically, then enable the option Ask to keep changes when closing documents in the General section of System Preferences.
