How do you get replacement headphones? where do you have to go? and is it for free? I need to change mine because the right side sound is lower than the left.

no problem.. You will need to send in your old headphones... I forgot weather they charge so Make Sure You READ everything..
depending on the niceness of the local geniuses' at the genius bar...you could try there if ur still in warranty...
