I run Trainz a New Era. And I want to reskin a caboose. I have done this before only in a older version of trainz. But they changed the language in the files that make up the file for most of the rolling stock to a texture file. I have Gimp and Photoshop CC. I downloaded and manually installed DDS.plugin in Photoshop CC as the readme said for that plugin. But it still will not open a texture files. I search the web but all the help videos and the internet help is all about Windows based computers (BOOOOO). Any help would be great. thanks teqmter
