Don't worry about it. And definitely don't return it. As long as it stays over 95% for the next little while I wouldn't be concerned. I've never seen a machine with 100% health, usually it floats between 96-98%.

What kind of battery life have you been getting lately?

6 weeks old and 92%. Since then i always fully discharge the battery before fully recharging. Calibrated numerous times. Battery is rubbish!!!

No wonder, constantly full discharging all the time is a quick way to kill a Lithium battery. You should charge it whenever possible and ocasionally do a full discharge to re-calibrate the battery meter (or not since you are just recalibrating the meter and not actually changing the time the battery will last, just getting a better info on how long it will last).

Mine is hovering around 92-94% too. Took it to the Apple store, they did some test and said nothing is wrong with it and send me home.

Wow. My battery state suddenly dropped, 12 cycles and 72% capacity. Woof.

My old MacBook Air stay's between 92 and 94% after a couple of hundred charges. My new Air stay's between 94 and 96% it has had 28 charge cycles in the last two month's. I've found that after a road trip if I leave it on the charger for a couple of day's it'll fill back up to 95 or 96%. If I just recharge and go it is usually at 94%. It seems to have the exact same battery life on the Late 08 Air as the Early 08 Air imo.
