Hi All,

Can you recommend a drum loop library for rock?

I'm finding that the GB loops (including jam pack 3) are totally inadequate for putting together real songs. The individual loops are great but there are just too many different sounding sets and not enough fills. Its like they really weren't thinking when they threw the library together.

This track I'm working on illustrates my point: http://graphics.cs.ucdavis.edu/~holliday/music/Song15.mp3. Notice how the drum tone changes when the lead guitar comes in.

Oh, and if you know ways to make synth drums sounds nearly as good as drum loops (for rock) please let me know!

thanks! :)

I'd look in to Drums on Demand's packages. Every set comes with at least 600 drum loops to choose from and they're only about $50.

Hold on a few more days, iCompositions might have a free download that could help early this week. ;)
