Hi,

I´ve got Toast Titanium 6.0.3 and 10.3.3. I recently tried to burn a 800 mb cdr and roxio told me that I´ve only got an 700 mb cdr in it.
Any solutions ?

Does your burner support 800mb CD-Rs? Most do not.

yeah, bit of a bummer...

i think there might be some way to force your burner to do a 800MB CD... but i'm sure that would void your warranty, and if you don't happen to have a spare TiBook lying around it could get you into a bit of a tight spot. :p

Finder ? I dont´t think so.
If I´m honest, I don´t really mind. I can burn DVDs, so it´s no problem.
I just didn´t expect that my superdrive isn´t that super... :D or is it Roxio ?

I'm 98% sure that you need a special burner to burn 800 MB cds...but I did have an app once that might be what you want. It let me 'try' to burn 1.4 gigs of stuff on to a 700 MB cd without warning me...so you might be able to just watch out that you don't go over 800 and have it work, but you'll have to try it out...............hmmm, just tried burning 10 gigs to a Cd and had it say that the burn failed, whatever, linkage:
